In her spare time Lucy enjoys theatre, live music events, cycling along the river with her dogs and spending time with her large family.

Her extensive experience has allowed her to hone her management and negotiation skills at various levels, working closely with stakeholders. Over the past 20 years, Lucy has successfully facilitated solutions to boardroom conflicts, partnership and shareholder friction and disagreement, and contentious, disputative property issues revolving around planning, building regulations and contract.
Her real-world experience led her to formalize her skills through training with the Society of Mediators. She is deeply passionate about mediation, believing in its power to discover creative and unexpected solutions to conflicts and is dedicated to helping clients avoid the costly and exhausting path of litigation.
Lucy is most proud of having raised her 4 children over the last 35 years and having successfully mediated her way through family life so far. When she’s not busy mediating, Lucy loves going to the theatre, enjoying live music events, cycling along the river with her dogs, and spending quality time with her large family.
